Trying to restore a rundown house or rehab a house in the city? Milton Electric has completed over 500 rehabs in the Baltimore Metro area. We are currently working with the Housing Authority of Baltimore in a joint effort to rehab numerous houses throughout Baltimore City. We are experts in what it takes to wire these rehabs, including the difficult permitting processes, the interaction with inspectors, knowing the most current code requirements, and getting the job done in a professional and timely fashion.
